For those coming from out of town: the Kennedy house will be open Sunday morning from 10am for brunch, socialising, and saying goodbyes - please come by.

FAQs

Can I bring a date/child/sibling/etc?

The perk of having a backyard reception means we don’t need to be as strict with the guest list - please let us know in your RSVP who you are bringing, and we look forward to welcoming them.

What about the other parties? Can I come to those?

Yes, of course. Anyone we invite is welcome to any of the backyard parties, so if you're looking for an excuse to visit one of the other locations, we're happy to provide it. Please see the details on the other website pages.

Is there a dress code?

Wear something that you are comfortable in and reflects a festive occasion! Think: chinos, dress trousers, collared shirts, summer dresses, jumpsuits, etc.

We will be in a suit and a cocktail dress.

Will Kinu be there?

We haven’t managed to train her to sit still for more than 15 minutes yet, so unfortunately the 8 hour flight is impossible. Come visit us in Berlin for unlimited puppy cuddles!

Can I give you a gift?

For us, the time, money, and mental effort it takes for you to get to Rochester is the best gift of all, because it means we get to celebrate with the people we love. If gifts are your love language however, we love notes or letters with your handwritten well wishes, and you can donate to our Fund for the future (in USD, in GBP, in EUR, if online is easiest for you).

Do you have tips on where to stay?

There are a variety of hotels in Webster / Rochester to choose from, including:
Hampton Inn (Webster) (7 min drive from the house)
Holiday Inn (Webster) (10 min drive from the house)
Webster Park Campsite (10 min drive from the house)

That said, please get in touch with the Kennedys if you’d prefer to stay on someone’s guest bed or couch, we can most likely make that happen.

What else can we do in Rochester?

If you’re coming from out of town, you’re welcome to spend Sunday morning with the Kennedys so we can maximize our visiting time. Otherwise, check out the Museum of Play, Highland Park or Webster Park, or Seabreeze amusement park.
